Gift & Curse Method™ is practitioner-led support for neurodivergent people and the people around them. It is educational and consultative. It is not therapy, psychiatric care, diagnostic assessment, or a substitute for medical care.
Begüm Dvorak works within the neurodivergence scope, drawing on continuing education in psychology and neurodivergence, including courses from Harvard Medical School and Stanford Medicine. Sessions involve psychoeducation, pattern mapping, scaffold design, and accountability, helping you understand and work with the way you are wired. They are not clinical treatment.
Many Gift & Curse clients see a general therapist for clinical work and work with Begüm within the neurodivergence scope. The two coexist well.
